ANNOUNCING A NEW BOY SCOUT TROOP TO THE AREA

BSA Troop 303 has recently formed and is meeting on the beautiful campus of The Kiski School, Saltsburg.

Boy Scout Troop 303 would like to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves to boys and their families within the surrounding communities. Troop 303 is not affiliated with The Kiski School but is associated with Westmoreland Fayette County Boy Scouts of America Council which is located in Greensburg. The Kiski School has generously opened their doors to our Scouts and have offered to share the many wonderful amenities on their campus. Troop 303 Scouts have the occasional use of the swimming pools, indoors and outdoors, gymnasiums, instructional fitness programs and the use of Kiski's camping facility located on campus! These are just a few of the resources that The Kiski School has provided us. The Scouts will also interact with the Kiski students at times, be it a friendly chess match with the Kiski Chess Club or an astronomy lesson with the Astronomy Club during a warm night camp out! We are very grateful to The Kiski School for offering the members of 303 this opportunity and in turn we are excited to offer and share with the surrounding community of interested boys and their families!

Our commitment is to guide and direct our scouts as they progress toward earning the prestigious Eagle rank. It is our hope to open doors to new opportunities and inspire a love for learning. We have experienced and quality leadership who share in the belief that by living the Scout Oath we are assisting with building strong character and confident, independent thinkers of tomorrow. We take pride in playing a role that shapes these young men into responsible and respectable individuals that will reach adulthood with an awareness of serving mankind, community and a respect for conservation. We welcome you to join us in this mission. We invite all interested boys and their families to attend a Troop 303 activity. Come and meet Troop 303 and join in a friendly game of Dodge Ball, Wednesday February 7, 7:00-8:30 pm
