The cost of the injection is covered by Medicare Part B, Security Blue, UMWA the FUNDS, UPMC for Life, Gateway Medicare Assured, Advantra, Freedom Blue and most other Medicare HMO's. Please bring your insurance cards with you.
For residents of Indiana County, the VNA is able to reduce the $30 fee to $20 for those without insurance. This is due to the generosity of the Indiana County United Way.
VNA Flu Clinic dates are subject to change due to delivery or manufacturing delays. Please stay tuned to local newspapers and radio for flu vaccine updates for this season.
This year's seasonal vaccine is approved for the 2009-2010 Flu Season, but none prevent Swine Flu (2009 H1N1 Flu). The FDA is still working with drug makers to develop that vaccine.

Classes are ideal foe those with joint pain, those who can't exercise in the heat, and those who need motivation to become active.
